Amelia and Alex are SUCH GREAT MATES of ours so it was an absolute honour to be asked to do the flowers for their Norfolk wedding in July this year.

So that Charlie could perform her duties as bridesmaid, and Jess could have time to pop some mascara on and down a gin, we took care of the bridal and ceremony flowers while the absolutely lovely Libby Ferris nailed the reception flowers at Kimberly Hall.
The vibe for the whole day was creams, whites and greens with peach, blush and apricot tones. Amelia favoured a fresh, crisp and chic look, preferring hydrangeas and other full, structural blooms.
Amelia was also dead set on a waterfall bouquet for herself and loose posies for her three bridesmaids.
We used coral charm peonies (which varied dramatically in colour by the wedding day, as they will do!), Caramel Antike roses, peach Avalanche spray rose, lisianthus, freesia, and eucalyptus and ivy.
The hand-tied bridesmaid's bouquets were finished with neat, apricot, satin ribbon.
The ceremony took place at the beautiful St. George in Hardingham.
On a mound surrounded by miles of fields,
with parts dating back to medieval times and neighboured by an old Rectory house even Jane Austin couldn't have conjured up, this church is in a romantic league of its own.
In the Church, floating white hydrangea pew ends lined the aisles, and an a-symmetrical long arrangement was perched (possibly precariously) above the 14th century alter.
Outside the church, we placed two tall topiary trees with moss bottoms, tied with trails of cream and apricot ribbon, and tied posies to the iron railings.
And with all our work done, we headed to Kimberly Hall for a whole lot of booze, food, laughter and dancing.
Best day ever.
